Shae Hadden has more than 10 years experience visualizing, creating and coordinating communication projects. Trained as a performer, Shae worked in various capacities behind the scenes in the Canadian film, television, multimedia and IT industries. In 1999, drawing on her passion for communicating, she created New Leaf Communications, a marketing consultancy committed to helping develop clients as leaders serving the Boomer generation in the fitness, health and wellness industries.
In the past four years, Shae has worked extensively in the areas of leadership, executive coaching and Eldering™ as a writer, editor, researcher and project manager. She is committed to multigenerational collaboration towards peace, sustainability, and the health and wellbeing of people of all ages. According to Shae, “Everyone has the potential to be a leader in their field—at any age.”
She is currently involved as:

- An affiliate of Paracomm Partners International, an international leadership development consultancy
- Consultant at Praemia Group LLC, a U.S.-based executive coaching firm
